Refund Policy

Effective date: September 14, 2026

1. No refunds

Payments for the Standard plan are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months, unused lead capacity, cancellation after renewal, or account inactivity.

2. Free and paid plans

The Free plan includes up to 10 qualified leads and does not automatically upgrade to a paid plan. The Standard plan costs $19 per month and includes up to 50 qualified leads per month. A Standard subscription begins only when you choose to subscribe and renews monthly until cancelled.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel future renewals by contacting hi@32leads.com before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

4. Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error or have a duplicate charge, contact us promptly with the account email and transaction details. We will investigate and correct confirmed billing errors.

5. Policy changes

We may update this policy when pricing or billing practices change. The current version and effective date will always be posted here.
